											Corey has 16 years of finance, operations and marketing experience. Corey brought his vision of Urban Renaissance to life at 
											3000 N. Broad Street, removing blight and producing high quality town homes. He led the team through land acquisition, deal 
											negotiation, zoning, and coordination with local government officials. He also functioned as the project’s General Contractor.

											Additionally, Mr. Galloway founded Legacy Growth Partners, LLC, a private equity firm with 
											investments in entertainment, manufacturing and real estate. Legacy was documented in a case study by Harvard Business School 
											for its real estate development work in Philadelphia. 
											
											
											
  "Corey was a Director for Studio Operations of MTV animation for eight 
											years, and held a similar position with Sesame Street for three years."

											Mr. Galloway earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from American International 
											College, an MBA from Pace University. He also graduated from the OPM program at Harvard Business School. 
											
											Mr. Galloway sits on the board of Creative Alternatives of New York, and other charitable institutions.
