Phil Morrow - Senior Advisor of Urban Renaissance
Phil is one of the most experienced redevelopment experts in the country, having earned over 25 years
of experience as a leader in housing and community development in Harlem and the South Bronx.
"Phil is also currently the CEO of South Bronx Community
Development Organization (SoBRO.)"
From 1982-1995, Mr.
Morrow was responsible for all of the Harlem Urban Development Corporation's housing and economic
development projects.
"He has personally supervised the construction and
rehabilitation of over 5,000 units of housing."
He has undertaken several major community economic development initiatives including the renovation
of the historic Apollo Theater and construction of an incubator retail facility on 125th Street
in Harlem.
Lance Johnstone - Principal and financial backer of Urban Renaissance
Lance is a former NFL star, Temple University graduate and favorite son of Philadelphia. He has lectured at the
Wharton School of Business, and has been featured on
Bloomberg TV, The New York Times, Philadelphia Business Journal, and Forbes.com.

Kelvin Westbrook - Senior Advisor of Legacy Growth Partners
Mr. Westbrook is the President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Millennium Digital Media, L.L.C. which is a
privately held company in the business of providing cable television, high-speed and traditional Internet access,
and other broadband telecommunications services.
Prior to founding Millennium Digital Media in 1997, Mr. Westbrook founded and served as the President and Chairman
of LEB Communications, Inc. Prior to founding LEB in 1993, Mr. Westbrook was a Partner in the national law
firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in New York City.
"In affiliation with Charter Communications, Kevin managed and operated cable television
systems in various parts of the US."
Mr. Westbrook serves as a director of Archer Daniels Midland Company, Angelica Corporation, Commerce Bank, NA – St. Louis,
the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, the National Cable Satellite Corporation (C-SPAN), BJC HealthCare,
Christian Hospital Northeast-Northwest, the St. Louis Internship Program and Chesterfield Day School. Mr. Westbrook received
an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor degree from
Harvard Law School.
Kristen Talley - Senior Advisor of Legacy Growth Partners and Urban Renaissance
Kristen is a founder of Webroot—the creators of spyware. Over the course of 8 years, she led the
firm to fast and profitable growth, and an eventual $70 million partial sale—she maintains a 10%
equity interest. Kristen graduated from Ohio State University as well as the OPM program of the
Harvard Business School.
