Desmond Lovell
Desmond has exceptional experience in originating and executing private equity deals for both
large and mid-sized companies with more than twelve years and sixty transactions of combined
experience in investment banking, private equity, growth investing and leveraged acquisition
finance.
Prior to his career in investment banking, Des was a private equity professional in GE’s Equity
Capital Group where he made several growth equity investments in small-to-mid-sized companies in
the business services, media and communications sectors.

Mr. Lovell has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was
co-chair of the HBS private equity conference, and graduated cum laude from Howard University.
